Great experience, very friendly employees and very knowledgeable

Southgate Automotive has always done a stellar job for me. That is a rarity in automotive maintenance and repair. I like to do much of my own maintenance; due to current circumstances I can't do my own right now, so these guys are my go-to shop. I recently needed a new radiator, all new cooling system hoses and thermostat for my 2007 Ford F150. They completed the work in timely fashion and I have not had one issue after the work was complete.

Cannot get over how awesome the service was here!!! I have FOUR kids under 5, so I’m usually pretty nervous about what kind of experience I’ll have when getting car maintenance done. But they had activity books and put on a show for my kids while we waited. Seamus at the front desk explained everything going on with my car and all of the next steps while holding one of my children who was getting a little squirrelly. Haha I also felt like everyone was very transparent about what my car ACTUALLY needed. I wasn’t being sold anything I didn’t need. They helped me prioritize the next steps and when I should take them.The mechanics were friendly and professional. Highly recommend 10/10
